On the equipment, a wear-resistant layer with cushioning force is formed. There is also a type of ceramic, rubber and steel plate to form a three-in-one wear-resistant plate. This type uses rubber injection heat vulcanization to vulcanize wear-resistant ceramics, rubber, and steel plate into one. Comes with bolts for easy mounting to equipment. It is mainly used for chutes, drop pipes, port and wharf conveying equipment, mine transshipment equipment, etc.
1 So how to test the quality of these wear-resistant ceramic rubber composite plates?
1. In terms of appearance, check whether there are missing edges, cracks, colors, etc. on the ceramic side.
2. Use a measuring ruler to detect the size, diagonal and flatness of the ceramic rubber composite liner.
3. Check whether the bolts on the back of the steel plate are welded firmly and the size is correct.
4. Check whether the bonding between the rubber and the steel plate is firm. Pull the rubber around the steel plate with your hands to see if there is warping or looseness.
