The effect of wear-resistant ceramic orifice plate is better for cyclone dust collector
Cyclone dust collectors are widely used in various boiler industries and industries that generate dust. Its working principle is to make the dust air flow rotate, and most of it moves downward from the cylinder to the vertebral body in a spiral along the inner wall. During the rotation process, the dust particles are separated from the air flow and thrown to the wall by centrifugal force, and fall into Ash pipe.
Over time, the inner wall of the dust collector is prone to severe wear and tear. If the ash gas and dust are corrosive, they will corrode the inner wall of the cylinder. Therefore, we recommend that customers use alumina ceramics as wear-resistant materials to protect the dust collector. Its wear resistance is equivalent to 266 times that of manganese steel and 171.5 times that of high-chromium cast iron, and its hardness is second only to diamond. Not only has excellent wear resistance, but also has good corrosion resistance, and can resist concentrated sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid substances.
Due to the high speed of the dust collector, the general wear-resistant ceramic liner is used to bond to the inner wall. The ceramic is easy to fall off under high-speed scouring. We recommend using stud welding to weld the ceramic orifice plate to make the ceramic more firmly fixed on the inner wall of the equipment. This way it won't come off easily. Wear-resistant ceramics greatly improve the service life of the dust collector, reduce equipment maintenance costs, and make enterprise production more efficient.
